The Maxi-CUBE Classic Hi-CUBE Reefer uses the same techniques and high performance insulation as the Maxi-CUBE Reefer. The difference is your choice of height and length requirements thanks to thinner side walls, floor and roof, optimising your cubic capacity, useful for when the load is slightly over standard pallet size.

Main Applications: Small goods, frozen meats, frozen food, chilled produce, dairy and other temperature sensitive freight.

  • Maximum internal capacity with up to 2,426mm of internal clearance. Wall to wall
  • Classic vans feature a full chassis bumper to skid plate providing maximum strength and longer body life with no reduction in payload
  • A light weight full width skid plate and optimised front wall design significantly reduce the trailer’s overall tare weight
  • Wall foam panels are extruded to size. Providing maximum thermal insulating properties
  • Composite, steel and aluminium floor construction results in lower tare mass
  • Cast extruded insulated flooring is superior to spray on alternatives and comes with galvanised steel backing for protection from damage
  • Full steel rear frames protect and reinforce the rear of the trailer against forces present in repeated docking operations
  • Full width lead-in plate prevents snags when coupling at different angles, reducing chance of damage
